Thoroughly wash the fresh mint leaves under cold running water. Gently pat them dry with a clean cloth or paper towel and pick the leaves from their stems.

Blend Ingredients
In a high-speed blender, combine the fresh lemon juice, the packed mint leaves, granulated sugar, and 2 cups of cold water. Blend on high until the mint is very finely chopped and the sugar is completely dissolved. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes.

Strain the Mixture
Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or a cheesecloth-lined colander into a large pitcher or jug. Use a spoon or spatula to press down on the solids, extracting as much flavorful liquid as possible. Discard the strained mint and lemon pulp.

Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water to the strained lemonade. Stir well to combine. Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired, stirring until completely dissolved. If using, stir in the orange blossom water now for an authentic aroma.
